We will send you a text with all information the day before you pour. Check over it and verify that it is correct.
We will collect full cash payments at the site before pouring out. Drivers do not carry change.
After we have loaded there is a fee associated with any changes.
We will call and/or text the site contact on the day of the pour before we load, we will not load without getting into contact with either the person who made the order or a site contact provided by that person.

There is a cancellation fee charged when client cancels an order within 12 hours of the scheduled time.
The cancellation fee is up to $150
If job is cancelled after the truck has been loaded, client is responsible for the cost of the material.
If client does not answer a call or text, we will not load. If client or designated site contact consents to the load, the charge stands.

Se cobra una tarifa de cancelación cuando el cliente cancela un pedido dentro de las 12 horas posteriores a la hora programada.
La tarifa de cancelación es de hasta $150
Si el trabajo se cancela después de que se haya cargado el camión, el cliente es responsable del costo del material.
Si el cliente no responde una llamada o un mensaje de texto, no realizaremos la carga. Si el cliente o el contacto designado en el sitio consiente la carga, se mantendrá el cargo.

We allow 40 min to finish unloading per truck from the arrival time. A standby fee is applied after that time limit has been reached.
If the jobsite is not ready when the truck arrives a standby fee will be applied beginning at the arrival time and ending when truck begins the pour.
To avoid this fee, it is recommended that the jobsite is prepared prior to placing the order. This will include inspection of the jobsite as well as, form work and earth work. Another aspect of preparation would be ensuring you use the pump when needed or that you have enough wheelbarrows and workers to complete the job efficiently.

Tarifa de Espera

Se prevén 40 minutos para finalizar la descarga por camión desde la hora de llegada. Se aplica una tarifa de espera una vez transcurrido este tiempo.
Si el lugar de trabajo no está listo cuando llega el camión, se aplicará una tarifa de espera a partir del momento de llegada y hasta cuando el camión comience el vertido.
Para evitar este cargo, se recomienda preparar el sitio antes de realizar el pedido. Esto incluye la inspección de el sitio, así como el encofrado y el movimiento de tierras. Otro aspecto de la preparación sería asegurarse de usar la pompa cuando sea necesaria o de tener suficientes carretillas y trabajadores completar el trabajo eficientemente.
