Submit Order
- Submit orders to FOB dispatch: 602 737 9983
- Please submit order at least 15 min before load time to avoid delays. Include the following information:
- Company Name
- Quantity of yards
- Which Mix/Material
- Additional (fiber, accelerator, retarder, chilled water, etc.)
- Estimated time of arrival to plant
- Do NOT back under plant unless notified to do so.
- Be aware that if any load leaves the yard, FRM is no longer responsible for it. Please check the load before leaving.
- Be aware that ALL FRM trucks, especially dump trucks and powder truck have priority here. We will work to take care of you as quickly as possible.

Payment
- Be prepared to make payment, before backing under plant. We will not load without confirming payment.
- We accept cash in the office. We do not have change.
- Zelle will be accepted at fusionpumpinf1025@gmail.com
- We do offer credit accounts, a request will need to be made to the accountant.
Pago

Slump Rack
- Slump rack is to be used only to slump down
- No dumping concrete in pool
- No filling drum with slump rack
- No full wash out under the rack
- Please, wrap hoses back up when your done

Etiquette
- There is a speed limit of 5 miles per hour in the yard.
- Please do NOT block the fuel tank.
- If there is a wait, please park to the left side of the yard in a manner that will not disrupt the flow of traffic.
- Be aware that ALL FRM trucks, especially dump trucks and powder truck have priority here.
- Please do not throw trash around the yard. We have several trash bins available.
- Endangerment of our personnel and/or equipment will not be tolerated.
